Nick was great! He was able to swing by early in the morning and get our main line unblocked. Nick was also able to help with the town (Pittsford) water department to diagnose and get the issue resolved. Would highly recommend!

Not only was the quality of work very good and reasonably priced, but Nick even gave us tips on best practices with appliances and things to look out for to get ahead of future problems. Nick also noticed another leak we had and fixed it immediately, and checked-in days after the project was done to see how everything was going. Nick was extremely responsive when I reached out to him. Was able to come the next day. Great communication. Resolved my slow draining kitchen sink issue. There was a very big blockage in the drain line. Actually having him back in a couple weeks to do some other work for me. Chatted with him for a bit during and after he completed the job. When we needed someone to diagnose an issue with our hot water heater, Nick was recommended to us by a friend. He was available to come out next day. Upon diagnosing that our 15-year old water heater was reaching the end of the road, he gave us a quote for replacing it and was able to do so same day. The quote was very reasonable (another contractor had quoted almost double to do the same work) and his work was high-quality. I especially appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and never felt like he was trying to upsell or pressure our decisions.
